As we approach the longest day of the year, the balance of solar and lunar energies, join Barbara Polowy and Dede Boyd for a restorative yoga practice designed to balance those energies in the body and mind. Our practice will focus on poses release the heart, shoulders, and chest and breath work (pranayama) to quiet the nervous system.
The class is accessible to yoga students of all levels and meets once per month on Friday evenings, 5:30 - 7:00pm. Fee: $15 per class. Class is limited to 16 students. SIGN UP ONLINE.
