Winter is nature’s restorative season, a time for all living things to slow down and build energy reserves for the coming year. Join us for a gentle, balanced restorative class focused on calming the nervous system and bringing the digestive and immune systems into balance.
Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that helps reduce stress and reverse its destructive effects on the mind and body. Our sequence of fully supported poses will help quiet both brain and body, and require no movement or physical, mental, or emotional effort.
The class is accessible to yoga students of all levels and meets once per month on Friday evenings, 5:30 - 7:00pm. Fee: $15 per class. Class is limited to 16 students. SIGN UP ONLINE.
