About the Instructor:
Louise LeGouis is a certified Yoga Tune Up™ Teacher and Roll Model Method® Practitioner. She will creatively and therapeutically introduce you to the Roll Model Method® for soft-tissue conditioning to address your specific needs and concerns. Yoga Tune Up™ offers a unique blend of yoga and corrective exercises which can be practiced with RMM self-massage techniques to address pain, posture, and performance.
