The spiral is a common element to all natural development and sacred geometry. From our DNA up we are sacred spirals. We will work with the spirals within and access the spirals that connect us out to the infinite for support and inspiration during these shortest days and longest nights of the years.
This 4-week series of weekly classes will help us gather and focus our attention inward with the embodiment practice of Continuum: playing with breath, movement, sound, and sensation to invite new ways to quiet and still our minds, bodies, and spirits. When we pause we are able to perceive options other than our habitual tendencies towards perpetual motion and constant noise. When we slow down it becomes possible to receive the embracing and nurturing aspects of the sacred darkness.
This series will spiral us into Solstice, culminating in a sacred, silent, and candlelit dive on Tuesday, December 22 that the previous 3 weeks of explorations will prepare us for. We hope you can join us in this shared journey of discovery this month!
Come light your inner fires by embracing the call to journey inward during this potent time of year! Like birth, we can use these contracting forces to move ourselves forward into the unknown with power and creativity.
Wear comfortable layers of clothing you feel most at ease in, have a notebook to write in every week, and a full water bottle on hand.
These Tuesday evening classes are HYBRID: In-person, in studio and online via Zoom. Following Massachusetts guidelines, there are (8) in-person studio spaces available in the 1000+sq ft studio.
