June Continuum Camp: Courageous Rest

Tuesday evening 5:30-8:30pm — June 11, 18 & 25, or Wednesday mornings 9:00am - 12:00pm — June 12, 19 and 26

Awaken your curiosity this summer!

Continuum Somanautiko is the art of slowing down and cultivating our ability to pay attention to our internal experience through breath, sound, meditative awareness, sensation, and fluid movement…

“The path leads to place of such presence we are suddenly able only to whisper… To be here requires attention, listening, and gazing deeply without assaulting each thing seen with a conclusion. The silence here is not just in the ‘what has been,’ it is most deliciously waiting, too, in the ‘what will be.’ Movement in the silence is toward, not away from. Press ever into the waiting silence that holds all possibility. Ignore it at your peril, for otherwise life is a presumption, which is the home of disappointment.” ~ Cheryl Sanders-Sardello
