‘Introduction to Yin Yoga’ teaches the practice of Yin, helping students find greater strength and flexibility in the deeper connective tissue of the body--joints, ligaments, and fascia.

We will explore this meditative practice through challenging physical poses, learning how Yin works within a yoga practice, and seeking to create deeper access to and understanding of the self.
