Join us for intention setting and a candlelight flow yoga class accompanied by live lap steel guitar music from virtuoso Myk Freedman.

Intention setting is a powerful tool to be used both on and off the mat. Special attention is given to the intuitive body and mind. 

The practice will focus on the crown chakra and the third eye center, where we think and dream. 

Our class will culminate with trataka, an ancient kriya for purifying the eyes and guided meditation for deep relaxation.
