We will move what needs to be moved and celebrate being in the mystery of life together.
There will be a guided meditation into movement and the talented sound healer Kelvin Young with his crystal bowls and gong and experienced percussionist Richard Adams will co-create the soundscape.
We will come into ourselves in meditation and connect with the natural elements through movement and sounding with ourselves and each other into nourishing, sensual, playful, expansive, expression to support the experience you are needing to InBody the Change you are becoming.
