We will move what needs to be moved and celebrate being in the mystery of life together. There will be a guided meditation into movement and the talented improvisational musician John Sprague will be co-creating the pulse with us.

We will come into ourselves in meditation and connect with the natural elements through movement and sounding with ourselves and each other into nourishing, sensual, playful, expansive, expression to support the experience you are needing to InBody the Change you are becoming and discern how you want to make the next moves in your life.

Note:  Moving in Grace will be having a professional film maker, Roger Ingraham come on the 25th to film the experience and create a beautiful collective art piece to support the growth of the practice.
