Build an embodied understanding of your physical yoga practice. In this workshop, we will take a trip through 4 key types of postures where injury often arises or prior injury is exacerbated. Through each category, we’ll observe our own sensations, each other's alignment, and review the anatomy that structures the shapes. We’ll explore refinements and adaptations of familiar poses that are both preventative and therapeutic, and will enhance your personal & teaching practices. Learn how to keep your joints, connective tissues and muscles safe, strong, supple and stable for a lifelong asana practice!
