Yoga for Back Health


Mondays, 4:00 - 5:15pm

Taught by Anna Meyer, this 4 week series will strengthen, support and educate you about back health. Learn how to use your own body as a tool for pain relief, freedom in movement and self affirmation. This class will explore specific poses that support spinal mobility and back strength. Through guided meditation and breathing exercise, we will learn to channel personal intention and self-actualizing power. Runs February 19 - March 12; repeats March 19 to April 9. $55 for the 4-week series or $15 drop-in for each class. SIGN UP ONLINE.
