We will move what needs to be moved and celebrate being in the mystery of life together.
There will be a guided meditation into movement for the first hour, and free movement and sounding in the second hour, with Richard Adams on his hand pan and hand drums and Eric Grab on the guitar, djembe and didgeridoo, co-creating the pulse with us.
We will come into ourselves in meditation and connect with the natural elements through movement and sounding with ourselves and each other into nourishing, sensual, playful, expansive, expression to support the experience you are needing to InBody the Change you are becoming.
