Yin Yoga and Writing

Three Sunday afternoons - October 28, November 4 & 11

As the earth wheels toward the dark time of year...

this workshop will provide a space to turn inward, observe what the activity of summer has yielded in our bodies and hearts, and prepare ourselves for a season of reflection.

Yin yoga is grounded in quiet and stillness, a practice meant to gently encourage flexibility by working with fascia rather than muscle. Jenny will link these poses to writing exercises promoting conscious connection to the whole self.
