We will move what needs to be moved and celebrate being in the mystery of life together.
There will be a guided meditation into movement for the first hour and free movement and sounding in the second hour with Sulsi Sunrise Sophia on her healing bowls and gong co-creating the soundscape.
We will come into ourselves in meditation and connect with the natural elements through movement and sounding with ourselves and each other into nourishing, sensual, playful, expansive, expression to support the experience you are needing to InBody the Change you are becoming.
