January is the time many of us take stock of what we’ve done in the previous year and make resolutions or set intentions to improve ourselves in the months ahead.

Restorative yoga helps us create the space we need to focus and connect. It is a deeply relaxing practice that helps reduce stress and reverse its destructive effects on the mind and body. Fully supported poses allow the body to relax and quiet the nervous system allowing the practitioner to release tension and move body and mind into balance.
This class is accessible to everyone; no yoga experience is required. Dede and Barbara help each student adapt the poses to suit her or his specific needs, abilities and comfort.
