Each week we will build to a peak pose while learning proper alignment and modifications to keep you safe in your body. There will be fewer poses with longer holds, lots of instruction, plus some yoga principles woven in. And don’t forget about the FUN!
Cost is $18 or use your Community Yoga class card. Masks optional.
About the instructor:
A lifelong resident of Massachusetts, Trisha Dana has been a full-time firefighter and EMT at Turners Falls Fire Department for over 13 years, involved with the fire service for over 25 years. Yoga has been a savior, physically and mentally, and Trisha is looking to share the physical practice and philosophies of yoga with others in hopes that it brings the same peace to their hearts and minds as it has for her. In her free time, you can find Trisha enjoying hiking, meditation, anything by the ocean, and gardening. She is a huge foodie and dog lover, usually with her black lab Josie by her side. She looks forward to meeting you on the mat soon!
