Curious about yoga? Need a refresher? This 4-week series will teach the fundamentals of mindful movement, breathing, and meditation, along with ideas about how to incorporate these practices into your daily life.
You don’t have to be a ‘Gumby’ to benefit from yoga. Men and women, flexible or not, beginner or experienced, all are welcome!
