Join Barbara Polowy for a restorative yoga class focused on an exploration of the breath this Friday, June 1. Our practice will include poses that gently release the chest, upper back, shoulders, and abdomen as well as a yoga breathwork sequence (Pranayama) to help develop awareness of your own individual breath and quiet your mind and nervous system.
The class is accessible to students of all levels and abilities including those new to yoga. Barbara will assist you in finding the perfect, full supported expression of each pose.

Fee: $15 per class. Class is limited to 16 students.
