With Brian Liem
Work 1 -- Definitions
Examine and perhaps redefine what work means to you. Deconstruct your own
moral compass in relationship to work and explore your ethics and integrity.
Work 2 -- Working
Can we integrate successful business practices and integrity and do they need to
be separate, aka the “and” vs “either/or” principal. What are poverty and
abundance mentalities? How do you navigate and negotiate various work
capacities and environments?
Work 3 -- Oxygen
Put on your own oxygen mask first before helping others. Exploring the concept
of self-care. I repeat, what are poverty and abundance mentalities?
Work 4 -- The “F” Word
What is the “F” word of yoga? (it’s not what you’d guess, and it’s a good,
essential thing!).
Work 5 -- Permanence and Impermanence
It’s going to last forever. It’s not going to last forever. How does a lifelong fluid
practice of yoga work take new meaning?
What Work is, is endless and continually changing. Join in a lively conversation, helpful
exercises, and add some tools to your toolbox. This Workshop is for anyone who has
taught, taken or considered taking a yoga class.
