Trisha Dana

Trisha has been consistently practicing yoga for 6 years. Once she turned 40, she fell in love with the practice of yoga. During Covid, Trisha began to deepen her knowledge and practice, recently finishing a 200hr yoga teaching training program in Manchester, NH through YogaWorks. She is excited to share her love and knowledge of yoga, along with the principles and philosophies.

Trisha is a lifelong resident of Massachusetts, with ties to the Cape and Western MA where she raised both of her children. Trisha is a full-time firefighter and EMT at the Turners Falls Fire Department for over 13 years. Yoga has been her savior. Not just physically, but mostly mentally. She wants to share the physical practice and philosophies of yoga with first responders and others, in hopes that it brings the same peace to their hearts and minds.

In her free time, Trisha enjoys hiking, meditation, anything by the ocean, and gardening. She is a huge foodie and dog lover. Her black lab Josie is always by her side, whether in the woods or on her yoga mat. She looks forward to meeting you on the mat soon!
