An 8-week series on Sunday afternoons
Balance your energetic body through an ongoing series of yin poses while meditating and writing on a different chakra each week. Bring patient willingness to attune mind, body and spirit. Some explanation of subtle energy and each chakra, as well as suggestions for further reading, will be given.
All levels of yoga and writing practice welcome.
