Taylor Haaf (RYT 200) began her own journey into yoga in 2010 through studying the history and philosophy during her undergraduate degree in religious studies. Her focus on the academic study of Hinduism and Buddhism lead into an asana practice that she has continued ever since.
Taylor completed her 200 hour teacher training with Molly Kitchen at the Adhikara Yoga School and has since gone on to complete a special training in Yin Yoga and continues to focus on the relationship between Ayurveda and Yoga. She plans to continue her teacher training and is a devoted student and practitioner herself.
Taylor teaches primarily alignment-based hatha yoga, restorative and yin yoga and vinyasa flow. She is passionate about creating safe and accessible communities that help nourish and promote self-care, healing and personal empowerment. Taylor values a trauma-sensitive approach to yoga and hopes her classes can allow all bodies and peoples to come to practice knowing they will be seen and accepted as they are!
