Kate Blair (M.Ed, CAGS, RYT 200) is a yoga instructor, health educator and body positive advocate who aims to create safe spaces that make yoga inviting and accessible to bodies of all sizes and shapes. A 2016 graduate of Adhikara Yoga School, Kate teaches gentle, alignment-based yoga that encourages self care, compassion and confidence, both on and off the mat. Kate’s instruction offers progressive sequencing, options for modification and a steady reminder to listen to the wisdom of the inner teacher. Kate finds inspiration in working with yogis of all ages and levels of experience, and is passionate about making her students feel seen, safe and heard. She also currently teaches yoga and mindfulness in the public school sector to teens, teachers and administrators.
